D20 Digital LLC operates a text messaging program that delivers workflow alerts to our team and service notifications to our clients. This policy explains what mobile information we collect for that program, how we use it, and how we protect it. It covers the messaging program only. Information We Collect

To operate the messaging program, we collect and store the mobile phone number provided to us, the name of the person or business associated with that number, the content of messages we send and receive, and delivery records such as timestamps and the delivery status returned by the carrier.

How We Use Your Mobile Information

We use mobile information for a single purpose: operating the messaging program. Specifically, we use it to:

• Send internal workflow notifications to D20 Digital team members, such as task alerts, deployment notices, and system status updates.
• Send service notifications to clients, such as project status updates, approval requests, and scheduling messages.
• Respond to replies you send us.
• Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by carrier and regulatory rules.

We do not use mobile numbers collected through this program to send marketing or promotional messages.

We Do Not Share Your Mobile Number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers under any circumstances.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The only outside parties that handle your mobile number are the licensed messaging providers and wireless carriers required to deliver the message itself, and they may use it solely for that delivery.

We may disclose mobile information when we are legally required to do so, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful request.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages in this program are triggered by activity such as a task update, a project milestone, or a system event, so the number of messages you receive depends on the activity associated with your account or role.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets these rates, not D20 Digital LLC. Check your mobile plan or contact your carrier for details.

Consent and Enrollment

Text message notifications are optional. A mobile number is enrolled in this program only when the person who uses it chooses text messages on our Notification Preferences form by checking a box that is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Anyone who leaves the box unchecked receives notifications by email only. Checking the box is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of working with D20 Digital LLC. D20 Digital team members and clients enroll the same way. We keep a record of each opt-in, including the date, time, and the consent language shown at the time. We do not purchase, rent, or import mobile numbers from third party lists, and consent is never transferred to another party.

How to Stop Messages

Reply STOP to any message to be removed from the program. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you ask us to re-enroll it. You may also email marketing@d20digital.net or call (214) 865-8409 to be removed.

Data Retention and Security

We retain mobile numbers and consent records for as long as the number is enrolled in the program, and after that only as long as we need them to honor opt-out requests and meet our record keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect this information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
