In general, we aim to stay 3-6 months ahead of schedule with actionable planning, but we’re also always thinking about where we want to be over the next few years. Ultimately it depends, but we try to be flexible and responsive to business needs.

Do you publish the content for us, or do we do it ourselves?

It often depends on the medium of the content and needs of the business. Since we specialize in website development and support, we are usually responsible for web publication (new pages or posts). Other channels, including social media and email marketing, may be managed directly by the business.

How do you know what content is successful?
